Our minimum charge for a visit to your home or office is £45, this also covers the first hour. Any additional time required is charged at £20 per half hour.  

We also charge £20 per half hour for the time we actually work on your device if we have taken it away.

Our catchment area is 15 miles by road from our base in Cromarty. Travel is charged at 55p per mile to and from your location for all travel outwith this area.
